Cookies:
As a business, we DO collect information from you, and we do it in two ways: Information we get from your usage of the system (see Google Analytics) and information you give us.
We collect data using Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. (“Google”). Google Analytics uses “cookies”, which are text files placed on your computer, to help us analyse how users use our site. The information generated by the cookie about your use of our website (including your IP address) will be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of our website, compiling reports on website activity for Ace of N and providing other services relating to website activity. Google may also transfer this information to third parties when required to do so by law, or where such third parties process the information on Google’s behalf. Google will not associate your IP address with any other data held by Google and no personally identifiable information will stored. More information about Google’s stance on privacy can be found here. By using the Ace of N website, you consent to the processing of anonymous data about you by Google in the manner and for the purposes set out above.
We also make use of Gravatar for our user avatars. While it is a third party service, you can be sure that we do not send Gravatar any personally identifiable information. You can read more about Gravatar’s privacy policy here.
We will never share any of your private information to any third party except for law enforcement, should the need arise. Your data is safe with us.
